Oven Denver Omelet

8 eggs
1/2 cup half & half
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup finely chopped ham
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
crumbled bacon (precooked bacon is the safest way for me...)
garlic salt

Wish the eggs and cream until light.
Stir in cheese, ham, pepper, and onion.
Add garlic salt and stir in crumbled bacon.
Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

I usually double this recipe and use a 9 x 13 inch pan
