2 out of 3 ain't bad...

AKA Meat Loaf
Peel potatoes, cut into quarters and boil. Meanwhile...

3-5 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Garlic salt (be generous!)
Seasoned salt
1/2 to 1 cup ketchup
1/2 to 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup parm cheese (optional)

Mix together, put at the bottom of a glass 9x13 pan, and cook at 350 until it begins to brown. Mash your potatoes I use margarine, pepper, garlic salt, and a little bit of milk to season mine. Layer 2 cans of french style green beans, mashed potatoes and cheese on top of your meatloaf. Cook until meat is done and cheese is melted. This makes a ton, so you might want to cut it in 1/2.
